Self-awareness and controlling negative thoughts. Emphasizing the importance of self-reflection and understanding your thoughts to manage your emotions. 

Negative self-talk and its impact on self-confidence. Which I something I struggle with, including thoughts of inadequacy and self-doubt. 

The power of choice in shaping beliefs and self-perception. The power of choice in shaping your beliefs and thoughts, focusing on positive affirmations instead of negative self-talk. By choosing to love yourself, you can improve your overall well-being and show up as a more loving and caring person in your interactions with others. 

Reframing thoughts. We often focus on the negative aspects of a situation without considering all the facts. I encourage you to explore your inner thoughts and reprogram your brain.
