It's pretty simple, I sit in a sauna with a guest, crank up the heat and let the conversation take over. It's all about having a laugh, getting vulnerable and speaking shit. When it gets too hot we call a day. It's amazing the conversations you can have when the sweats pouring out of you.

Education is the Key to Discovering Your Potential with Bren Arkinstall
It was an honour and a privilege to have my grade 1 mate, Bren Arkinstall, join us in the sauna this week.
The conversation was not only a great catch up on old times but his work with the Edmund Rice Foundation to help educate the less fortunate was an enlightening and profound experience for me personally.
Bren's dedication to help the less fortunate is a truly inspiring story and when you throw in some laughs, stories and music into the mix its like we were back in that grade 1 classroom again.
