Ep 26 || How to heal your gut, using a 24hr Fast.
Fasts are not used as a weight loss only tool, in fact I don't use fasting at all for that benefit. My favourite at the moment is leaning into a 24 hour gut reset fast, which I do once a month. I no longer have highly painful periods due to endometriosis and my skin, nail and hair growth is better than ever. And I literally thank it to these magical fasts.
