With over three decades of experience, Kendall has held executive roles at Florida Power & Light, Subway, and Verizon. In addition to corporate experience, he has also founded eight startups, with two achieving successful exits, showcasing his business strategy and innovation skills. Known for his charismatic communication and servant-leadership, Kendall is celebrated by peers and team members alike.

Kendall's dedication to community service began at 15 during the search for Adam Walsh. He continues to be involved with charities like United Way, The Ed Fund, The WOW Center, Voices For Children, and Chapman Partnership for Homeless, and provides strategic counsel to multiple non-profit boards.
