Today, I' d love to share my thoughts about the process of entering art universities in Japan. A little bit about my background- in 2011, I finished a bachelor’s degree in graphic design. I graduated from an art university called Tokyo Zokei University, one of the five best-known art universities in Tokyo. I know it’s a long time ago, but I think currently living in the US is giving me more opportunity to reflect on my educational background, because a) people ask me about it more, and b) there is a different culture around art here in the US.
