About Isabelle:
Isabelle Tierney is a licensed marriage and family therapist, stress management expert, and international speaker and educator. She holds two master's degrees—one in International Relations from Boston University and another in Child Development from Tufts University. She also holds an energy healing certification from the Barbara Brennan School of Healing. 

After running a successful therapy practice for more than 10 years, Isabelle’s journey took a turn when burnout led to the loss of her health and her marriage. In response, she developed a transformative methodology aimed at fostering a life of aliveness, inspiration, and joy. This methodology, a simple, proven map derived from neuroscience, psychology, and spirituality, has been successfully implemented with diverse audiences, from individuals to corporations such as L’Oréal. For the past several years, Isabelle has trained and certified hundreds of people to practice and facilitate the methodology. She is committed to reaching as many people as possible through her online training programs, speaking engagements, and app.
