Stress is something that we "do". We create it from our thoughts about a situation. When we believe all of the fearful or negative thoughts that float through our mind, we trigger a subtle (or major) fight, flight or freeze response - which can make us feel anxious and/or overwhelmed.

We can choose to view the world through a lens of fear - or - through a lens of learning + growth.

This episode is all about mindset and how emotions can trigger more feelings of stress.

This episode is key for self-regulation :)

All concepts are explained in simple language and references are applicable to everyday life - so you can start noticing patterns in your own life and making changes to self-regulate, NOW :)
