Are you  a people pleaser?
Do you ever associate with imposter syndrome?

I know I have in the past. Both are connected to fear, lack and scarcity.

With people pleasing there is often a fear that we will lose connection or be disliked if we don't meet the other persons needs - or - our assumption of them.

With imposter syndrome, we often allow narratives anchored in shame (not being worthy of what we desire) and fear (not feeling ready, or not being, knowing or doing enough) to drive the bus.

In both cases, they create a sense of dis-ease (lack of safety) within our body and can create feelings of stress, anxiety and overwhelm...

As discussed in Episode 4, remembering that we create and give life meaning is a game changer.

YOU can redefine words to improve your own wellbeing + support your own beliefs whenever you choose.

Disclaimer: I am NOT a doctor. This is my perspective on the topic, anchored in the work of various thought leaders + physicians (like Andrew Huberman, Irene Lyons, Peter Levine, Joe Dispenza + Dr. Gabor Mate to name a few) paired with my own life experiences and healing journey from burnout, grief, severe injury and other events.
