Jeffrey E. Berger a Holistic Wellness Coach, resides in Cape Coral Florida with his husband Joshua and their kids Zoie (soft coated Wheaton Terrier) two black cats Zoro and Zelda. 

He is a humanitarian entrepreneur, a Certified Health and Integrative Wellness Coach and a Certified Holistic Mental Wellness Coach. He is also aligned with the only Holistic Mental Wellness company focusing specifically on the Microbiome (Gut-Brain Axis Health) a science that's disrupting the health and wellness industry.
 
Jeffrey is a contributing author to the book “It’s OK to Not Be OK” – a collection of personal stories overcoming challenges and the tools used to do so. The book hit Amazon’s #1 International Best Seller list in September 2019.

Jeffrey is paying it forward. He is a survivor of childhood molestation, chemical dependency, 2 attempted suicides and today living a life in Abundance In Optimum Wellness Physically, Mentally, Emotionally, Spiritually and Financially.  Why?  Because he reversed his Type 2 Diabetes, came off five medications, lost 60 pounds, and took decades of stress, anxiety and depression from a level 10+ down to a level one with absolutely no depression for the past four years. 

We have one body temple we're blessed with. We need to treat it the way it's supposed to be treated to thrive in this life we get to live.
