Carl has worked within & led the Human Resources/People Operations strategies for boutique, luxury & resort properties across the United States, for close to 20 years. His experience includes a variety of successes with the distinguished hospitality collections at Gemstone Collection, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Hotels Worldwide & Grand America Hotels & Resorts. Aside from founding a boutique consulting services company in 2019, Experience Management Solutions, Carl most recently served as Chief Human Experience Officer and Founding Team Member at Life Engineering. 

Carl has received multiple global performance awards, including Utah Business Magazine’s distinguished Forty Under 40 award, and the Human Resources Business Professional of the Year award. Carl has been at the forefront of HR leadership & innovation, and recently served as President & Board Member of the largest professional HR organization in Utah, Salt Lake SHRM.
