Andrew (Drew) Gysi is the Ministry Director for the Life Institute which includes Church relations, connecting with Pastors, overseeing our various nationwide seminars, and managing all church and ministry planning.

Drew began his Christian educational journey by earning his Bachelor’s of Science in Bible (BSM) from Philadelphia College of Bible and his Master’s of Science in Bible (MSB) from Philadelphia Biblical University. Before joining Life Institute, Drew earned two ordinations and served in different pastoral capacities at small and large church ministries for nearly 30 years. As a former pastor, he understands the intricacies of ministry, and is passionate about serving pastors and churches with excellence through Life Institute’s Stewardship Lifestyle Seminar.

Tim currently is the President of the Life Financial Group where he helps his clients understand and apply the principles of Biblical Stewardship.

Tim grew up in a home where stewardship was taught and exemplified. As the son of Roy Russell, the founder of Life Institute and the Stewardship Lifestyle Seminar, he and his 3 siblings were the guinea pigs for many of the teachings of Life Institute. Tim attended Clearwater Christian College where he majored in Bible and minored in Biblical Languages and History, where he achieved a passion for helping Christians understand the Word of God. Continuing his education, Tim earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Certified Kingdom Advisor® designations.
