As the lead Pastor at River City Church in Richmond, Virginia, Josh has revolutionized the traditional concept of the church. After considerable success with a community church in Ohio, he felt a calling to Virginia to pioneer the concept of "micro-churches". These intimate gatherings occur in the homes of the congregants, an approach Josh firmly believes aligns more closely with the biblical notion of community creation than conventional church buildings.

Being the son of a Pastor, Josh was nurtured in a traditional conservative environment and has consistently leaned Republican in his voting habits. However, his political convictions saw a shift in 2020. Despite casting his vote for President Trump in 2016, he found himself unable to endorse Trump for a second term in the 2020 elections.

Hailing from sunny Southern California, Will Wright studied Psychology at UC Riverside. A steadfast progressive Democrat, Will journeyed from atheism and agnosticism to Christianity, a path that continues to shape his unique perspective. While his political convictions often contradict the Republican interpretation of Christianity, he remains committed to his beliefs, seeing them as an extension of his faith. Today, he co-hosts the Faithful Politics podcast, where his diverse background fuels enlightening discussions, bridging the gap between faith and politics.
