SelfKind: Conversations in self-care, kindness and compassion for highly sensitive people
Hi and welcome to SelfKind with me, Erica Webb. This is a podcast for Highly Sensitive People (HSP) who want to navigate the tricky bits of their sensitivity with more ease, while finding their sensitivity super powers. Here, we're all about being, living and moving through a lens of self compassion and kindness.
As your host, I meet you as a fellow HSP. I know what it's like to feel like things are too loud, too bright and just ... too much. In my work as a registered counsellor and mindful movement coach, I've supported myself and my clients to find ways to embrace their sensitivity that centre on self-compassion, nervous system regulation, self-awareness and, ultimately, self-love.
From mindfulness, mindful movement, joy seeking and a zillion and one practices in between, here you'll find space to be fully you - fully human - and the tools to navigate the tricky bits of having a highly sensitive nervous system.
I’m thrilled you’re here.

Ep 192: The fortieth birthday episode
Hey there! Welcome to SelfKind with me, Erica Webb.
Here's the truth: I've never been one to shout my birthday from the rooftops. Yet, here I am devoting a whole podcast episode to my 40th birthday. Why? Because I want to talk about how life changes ... and how that asks us to keep showing up with kindness.
Those changes can be tricky to navigate. But if there's one thing I know, it's that self-kindness and compassion will never not be needed.
In this episode you'll hear me talk about my transition to grey hair (bye bye dye!), the grief I'm currently experiencing due to my mother's illness, and why having a toolkit of self-care tools is a lifelong necessity.
