SelfKind: Conversations in self-care, kindness and compassion for highly sensitive people
Hi and welcome to SelfKind with me, Erica Webb. This is a podcast for Highly Sensitive People (HSP) who want to navigate the tricky bits of their sensitivity with more ease, while finding their sensitivity super powers. Here, we're all about being, living and moving through a lens of self compassion and kindness.
As your host, I meet you as a fellow HSP. I know what it's like to feel like things are too loud, too bright and just ... too much. In my work as a registered counsellor and mindful movement coach, I've supported myself and my clients to find ways to embrace their sensitivity that centre on self-compassion, nervous system regulation, self-awareness and, ultimately, self-love.
From mindfulness, mindful movement, joy seeking and a zillion and one practices in between, here you'll find space to be fully you - fully human - and the tools to navigate the tricky bits of having a highly sensitive nervous system.
I’m thrilled you’re here.

Ep 97: Natural Podiatry and Barefoot Living with Andy Bryant
What is natural podiatry? What's so good about barefoot shoes and why should we care? Well ... today I have Andy Bryant, natural podiatrist, here to answer these questions and more.
Andy is a podiatrist with over 20 years experience who is passionate about the barefoot movement and natural footwear. He is a forever student of the Foot Nerd Program with The Foot Collective, an international group of health educators focused on better general health outcomes starting with the feet.
In this episode, Andy chats with me about:
- the impact conventional footwear can have on our foot's natural movement
- the role of orthotics and how this can be problematic
- the process of transitioning to natural footwear and going barefoot
- and more.
You can find Andy at https://www.mountwaverleypodiatry.com.au/ and on Instagram.
