SelfKind: Conversations in self-care, kindness and compassion for highly sensitive people
Hi and welcome to SelfKind with me, Erica Webb. This is a podcast for Highly Sensitive People (HSP) who want to navigate the tricky bits of their sensitivity with more ease, while finding their sensitivity super powers. Here, we're all about being, living and moving through a lens of self compassion and kindness.
As your host, I meet you as a fellow HSP. I know what it's like to feel like things are too loud, too bright and just ... too much. In my work as a registered counsellor and mindful movement coach, I've supported myself and my clients to find ways to embrace their sensitivity that centre on self-compassion, nervous system regulation, self-awareness and, ultimately, self-love.
From mindfulness, mindful movement, joy seeking and a zillion and one practices in between, here you'll find space to be fully you - fully human - and the tools to navigate the tricky bits of having a highly sensitive nervous system.
I’m thrilled you’re here.

Ep 98: Belief Breakdown
What you believe about movement is 100% impacting if and how you show up for it. And ... you might not (yet) even know what those beliefs are. So, that's what we're talking about today! Some of the most common beliefs that tend to stand between us and our yoga/movement practice and how we can move beyond them.
It's not unusual to hear ourselves saying 'I don't have the time' or 'I don't know what to do' or 'I just don't feel like it' ... but what beliefs are driving that? And can we change them so that they truly support us to do the things that will help us feel the way we want to feel.
Tune in then come share your old and new beliefs with me! I'd love to hear them. You can find me on my website, Instagram and Facebook.
