As the child of 4 psychologist parents, believe me that I understand what it’s like to wonder “Am I crazy?”

Extreme pathologizing was an Olympic sport in my house. I could’ve won a gold medal in overthinking my overthinking. I was sensitive, soulful, and eager to please. My parents, like most parents, had opinions about who I was, how I should be, and why I did what I did…and they were deemed to have the credentials to assert those judgments. A piece of me always knew my truth but I also constantly tried to reconcile it with the alternate versions of others.

Now, with over two decades in education, curriculum development, and coaching, as well as many more decades of my own growth work, I help people heal their invalidation wounds, recognize their inner truth, and inhabit a life of their own creation.
