This summer has been off to a rocky start for me and if you are mom with kids at home for the summer you may relate! I have been feeling like I am in a rut with my productivity and even my healthy habits and I am ready to start getting back to my routines. 

Today I share my 6 steps to getting myself out of my rut and back to motivation. This is what I have done in the past and what I have learned from my teachers and coaches and if you can relate then I hope this helps you too!
