Ep. 101 Talking Chronic Pain, massage techniques, and treatment plans.
This conversation with Ahrianna of Remedy MT is really just a continuation of our coffee shop conversation. We cover so many things from chronic pain relief, injury rehabilitation, and her background and approach to her massage therapy practice which I thought was unique. We discuss the use of instruments for scraping and cupping in sessions and what a typical session with her looks like. The process of working with clients involves creating plans based on their individual needs and end goals. She also organizes some events in the local Sacramento area to check out.
