In this episode, we discuss 3 things that patients talk about that are actually masking their pain. If you have a movement or joint problem and no one has assessed how you move, that is the first problem. Assessing your movement and figuring out WHY you having that pain is the key to solving your pain or injury for the long term. Not trying injections to see if they work or popping an advil every time that same pain comes back.
