How To Find Calm And Destress When You Have A Busy Life - Dealing With Overwhelm And The Mental Load
This week I have lessons from my reiki training course, lessons that I did not expect to learn and did not come from the course content but more my experience, about how to ground yourself and deal with feelings of overwhelm and that mental fog when you have a million things on your mind.
It often feels counter productive to be still or take time out, when you have a 'to do' list as long as a loo roll but in this episode we will talk about why it is actually so important, and the small ways in which we can all do this.
