Where Was I Last Week? Why Rest and Taking A Break Is So Important To Being Successful
Practicing what I preach in this episode as I talk about where I've been and why I chose to take a break last week, which in turn led me to some realisations about why rest is so very important.
We all know that you need rest days from the gym and we are always being told how important sleep is, but the constant images of hustle and success that we have shoved down our throat are not healthy. What happens when mental consistency becomes burn out and it forces you to take stock and slow down, in order to come back stronger?
