I am SO excited to share this story with y'all and SUPER excited to be celebrating PRIDE month with the LGBTQ+ community!
In this episode I share personal stories from people that I work with, however, I don't share their names, except the story of Aurora. She gave permission for me to share her story on the podcast and I am so grateful to her.
I am grateful, not just because she allowed me to share her story, but also because she has taught me so much about the struggles, the triumphs and joy that transgender people experience in work and day-to-day life. She has also been a wonderful friend to me at work.
