Write down everything in your head that you have to do?
Obligations and doing things for others.   
Using small time slots wisely. 
Ask yourself the question. Why am I not doing it? is it fear? Am I worried I dont know how to do it. 
A think about the obligations we carry. 
and share your goals, aims, with another who will hold you to account. 
Reward yourself. 
Starting, having a goal, Imagine you have got there,  and enjoy the effort you are putting in.
