Just came across your podcast, and I love your memories! I have a 10 year old that just started playing select/travel ball. She’s also a pitcher and I loved episode 2 talking about the flip change! Evan has been throwing it for about 6 months, and it’s so deadly. It’s a 13 mile per hour difference from her fastball so the girls are so off balance.
