buddhas under bridges is a podcast about the sufferings of mental health- the title itself stems from the millions of gifted souls lost, unknown, or even entrapped in the unfair journey’s of depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, and life. 

bearing the diagnosis of autism, anxiety, and major depression herself; kb awakens truth to silence in a variety of raw and honest poetic writings- it is the vulnerability of reassurance that one is never alone in the darkest of moments- but more so, a reminder of the challenged yet unwavering faith that shall aide us to the tomorrows we so rightfully deserve.
